Frequently Asked Questions over Stainless Steel Cocktail Picks Set of 10

How many cocktail picks are in a set?

The set contains 10 stainless steel cocktail picks. This is sufficient to serve multiple guests at the same time during drinks, dinner, or a cocktail party. Because the picks are reusable, you don’t have to throw them away afterwards: just rinse them off or put them in the dishwasher, and they are ready for the next time.

What is the difference between stainless steel and wooden cocktail picks?

Wooden picks are cheap individually, but they can splinter or break and are for single use. Stainless steel picks cost more upfront, but are reusable, splinter-free, and dishwasher safe. If you use picks regularly, stainless steel is more economical and less wasteful in the long run. For a large one-off party, wood may be more practical.

Can the stainless steel cocktail picks go in the dishwasher?

Yes, the cocktail picks are dishwasher safe. After drinks, you can place them in the cutlery basket and they will be clean and ready for use again in no time. Rinsing them with warm water and dish soap is also an option, for instance if you want to reuse them during the same party.

Is stainless steel safe for food use?

Yes. The skewers are made of 304 stainless steel, a type of steel widely used for kitchenware and in the food industry. Under normal use, the material does not release any harmful substances into food or drink. However, people with a severe nickel allergy may react sensitively to prolonged skin contact with stainless steel.

How do you clean the cocktail sticks?

Rinse the skewers with warm water and a little dish soap after use, or clean them in the dishwasher. Dry them afterwards for a long-lasting shine. Avoid steel wool and scouring pads, as these can leave scratches on the smooth stainless steel surface.

How long do stainless steel cocktail picks last?

With normal household use, stainless steel cocktail picks will last for many years. The material does not break, splinter, or bend easily. There are no parts prone to wear, so as long as you clean them normally and store them dry, the same set will remain usable party after party.
