We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France. Would you like to order in another country? please contact us by email.

What is the delivery time for my order?
For the Netherlands, orders placed before 8:00 PM on workdays will be delivered tomorrow. This means that packages ordered on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Packages ordered on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
For Belgium, Germany and France a delivery time of 1-2 working days applies.

Return procedure:
1. Send an email to info@mygreendeal.eu with the following information:
- The order number of your purchase.
- A photo of the product(s) you want to return.
- The reason for return.
Our customer service will reply to your email within 4 hours and provide further instructions regarding your return.
