Stainless steel tableware for childcare
Frequently asked questions
Stainless steel cups, plates and bowls are made for intensive everyday use. They do not break like glass or ceramic, do not absorb odours or colours and are easy to reuse.
For a nursery, preschool or after-school club, this means less fragile tableware and a durable alternative to disposable plastic tableware. Choose the quantities you need and receive a business quote tailored to the size of your organisation.
How do I request a free sample pack?
Choose the products and quantities you want to try in the sample form. Then enter your role, your organisation’s details, the number of children and locations, and the delivery address. Submit the form and we will contact you about your request and delivery.
How many samples can I choose?
You can request up to 10 items in total. You can combine different products or choose several of the same item. Samples are requested individually, including cups. The pack sizes for a standard quote do not apply to the sample pack.
Are the sample pack and delivery really free?
Yes. Both the sample pack and delivery are free for childcare organisations. A sample request is not a paid order.
Can I also request a business quote straight away?
Yes. Use the product selection and separate quote request for larger quantities. Your sample selection and quote selection remain separate.
Why is stainless steel suitable for childcare?
Stainless steel is sturdy, reusable and does not break like glass or ceramic. Its smooth surface does not absorb odours or colours. This makes it practical for regular meals and drinks with your group.
Does stainless steel tableware contain microplastics?
Stainless steel is not plastic and therefore does not wear down into microplastics. All-stainless-steel tableware is a logical alternative when you want to reduce the use of plastic cups, plates and bowls.
Can the tableware go in the dishwasher?
The selected stainless steel cups, plates and bowls are dishwasher-safe. Always follow the care instructions on the specific product page to keep the tableware in good condition for as long as possible.
Can we choose an exact quantity for each product?
Plates and bowls are chosen individually. Some cups are currently sold in packs of four or five. For example, if you choose 18 cups from a pack of five, this is rounded up to four packs and you receive 20 cups. You can keep the two extra cups as spares.
Does the displayed price apply to our request?
The amounts shown are indicative prices per item excluding VAT. After your request, you will receive a personalised proposal. The final business price depends on the products and quantities selected.
Can we order for several groups or locations?
Yes. Enter the total quantities first and state how many groups or locations your request covers. We can then coordinate the allocation and delivery options with you.
Does requesting a quote place an order?
No. The request is non-binding. You will first receive a proposal with pricing and delivery options. Only after you agree is the request converted into a business order.
Can we receive additional material or product information?
Include your requirements or questions in the quote request. We will send the available material and product information relevant to your selected items.
